Jasprit Bumrah has reported to BCCI's Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru ahead of the start of the 19th edition of the Indian Premier League. Bumrah is at the CoE for strength and conditioning and will follow a fitness blueprint designed by the BCCI's medical team.
As per a report by ESPNcricinfo, Bumrah will still be available for Mumbai Indians' IPL 2026 campaign opener against Kolkata Knight Riders. The five-time champions will face the three-time winners on March 29 in a home game at the Wankhede Stadium.

Bumrah is India's pace spearhead and is expected to lead the attack during India's tour of England, starting July 1. The Men in Blue will travel to England for a white-ball series, comprising five T20Is and three ODIs.
Bumrah, 32, is being carefully managed by the BCCI medical team as he has had his own share of battles in an injury-prone career. The right-arm speedster showcased his worth at the recently concluded ICC Men's T20 World Cup by finishing as the joint-highest wicket-taker alongside compatriot Varun Chakravarthy.
The pacer snared 14 poles in eight games at an astounding average of 12.42 and an eye-popping economy rate of just 6.21. His phenomenal campaign helped India become the first outfit to defend the title and win the silverware on home turf.
Bumrah was adjudged the Player of the Match (POTM) in the final, where he returned figures of 4/15 and broke the back of New Zealand's run chase.
