Rishabh Pant has been announced as the captain of Delhi's 20-member squad for the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 season. The southpaw will lead a star-studded line-up featuring several India and IPL veterans.

Delhi's batting looks formidable on paper with the inclusion of Virat Kohli, Pant, Priyansh Arya, Ayush Badoni, and Nitish Rana, whereas the bowling attack will be bolstered by Ishant Sharma, Navdeep Saini, and Simarjeet Singh.
The Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) has also confirmed that Harshit Rana will join the squad when available, as he was a part of India's squad for the five-match T20I series against South Africa, which concluded on Friday, December 19, in Ahmedabad.
Notably, Delhi have been placed in Group B alongside Saurashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Andhra, Railways, Odisha, and Services. Delhi will get their campaign underway with a clash with Andhra on December 24 and will lock horns with Gujarat in their second game on December 26. Both matches are slated to be played at Kohli's home ground in the IPL, the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
