Match Preview
The World Champions have been found out big time Down Under as Australia have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the ODI series. However, India still have a lot to play for as the two teams meet in the third and final ODI of the series on Sunday, March 1 at the Bellerive Oval, Hobart.
The Alyssa Healy-led side secured the series in the second ODI by comfortably chasing down the target of 252 in 36.1 overs, courtesy of brilliant knocks from Georgia Voll (101 off 82) and Phoebe Litchfield (80 off 62). Having already lost the series, India now head into the third ODI trailing by 4-6 in the multi-format series.

The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side needs to win the upcoming fixture to not only avoid a whitewash but also to earn crucial two points to draw level in the series. If the visitors manage to lose the upcoming fixture, they will find themselves in danger of losing the point-based tour with only one-off Test remaining after the ODI leg.
Hence, India have a lot on the line and will remind themselves of their World Champions tag to script a remarkable comeback on the tour. On the other hand, Australia will walk out to seal another commanding win to take a decisive lead in the series.
