After taking a 1-0 lead in the series, Sri Lanka women will again lock horns with West Indies women in the second ODI of the three-match series on Sunday, February 22, at the National Cricket Stadium, St Georges, Grenada. Sri Lanka registered a thrilling ten-run victory in the series opener as they successfully defended their score of 240/6.
West Indies were bundled out for 230 in 49.4 overs as Inoka Ranaweera (4/44) and Kavisha Dilhari (3/49) ran through their batting lineup. Ranaweera was deservedly adjudged Player of the Match for turning the game on its head with her timely strikes.
