India (IND) will take on Sri Lanka (SL) in the Women’s Asia Cup 2026 final on Sunday, September 13, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. Both sides have had a dominant campaign in the tournament so far, having won all of their matches.
While India finished at the top of Group A after beating Thailand, Hong Kong China and Pakistan, Sri Lanka topped Group B after beating Bangladesh, UAE and Indonesia. The Women in Blue further hammered Bangladesh to seal their spot in the final, while Sri Lanka emerged victorious in a thrilling clash against Pakistan in the second semi-final.
India have an upper hand over Sri Lanka, having won 25 out of the 31 WT20Is played between the two sides. However, the defending champions Sri Lanka will also carry belief, having beaten India in the final of the last edition.
