Having finally ended their seven-match winless streak in T20Is, India will head into the second T20I against Zimbabwe high on confidence on Saturday, July 25, at Harare Sports Club, Harare. The Men in Blue had a clinical performance in the series opener as they first restricted Zimbabwe to a paltry 125/7 with Mayank Yadav shining on his comeback.

In reply, riding on a historic half-century from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, they chased down the target in just 13.2 overs to take a 1-0 lead. The Shreyas Iyer-led side will be eager to close out the series with another complete performance and win its first T20I rubber after suffering successive losses in Ireland and England.

On the other hand, Zimbabwe will have the last chance to save the series after a below-par outing in the opening game. The Sikandar Raza-led side will have to bring their A game to the fore against the double World Champions.

Players to watch out for in ZIM vs IND:

Ishan Kishan (IND)

The southpaw has been undergoing a rough patch with the bat, scoring 170 runs from the last eight innings at an average of 21.25 and a strike rate of 128.78. Kishan has just one fifty-plus score to his name since the T20 World Cup 2026 final. He will look to rise above his failures and get a big score against his name in the upcoming encounter.

Blessing Muzarabani (ZIM):

The right-arm speedster was the pick of the bowlers for his country in the first T20I, taking two wickets from his four overs, giving away 26 runs. He will again hold the key to get Zimbabwe off to a good start with the new ball against a merciless Indian batting lineup.
