Delhi Capitals commenced their IPL 2026 campaign against Lucknow Super Giants at BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium on April 1.
DC narrowly missed out on a playoff berth last year, winning seven and losing six out of the 14 games they played. That performance represented a marginal improvement from 2024, when they finished sixth in the tally with an equal split of seven wins and losses each, and were joint-tied on points with teams finishing fourth to seventh, with net run rate serving as the tiebreaker.
DC play their home matches at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, but they have also played a handful of matches at adopted home venues.
