Sunrisers Hyderabad commenced their IPL 2026 campaign against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on April 2.
SRH failed to go past the league stage last year, finishing at the sixth spot with six wins and seven losses. That performance represented a sharp decline from 2024, when they finished as the runners-up after losing the summit clash to Kolkata Knight Riders.
