The Indian Premier League 2026 (IPL 2026) has almost been an exhibition of boundaries, with bowlers being put under their sternest tests by the flashing blades of the big hitters. With over 1000 sixes and over 1600 fours hit in the competition so far, batters have been at their belligerent best, turning every bowler’s nightmare into reality.
With fours and sixes being clobbered at an utmost ease in the season, most players have got a large percentage of their runs through just boundaries in the ongoing edition. Here’s a look at three such players, who’ve scored the highest percentage of runs from boundaries in IPL 2026:

3. Abhishek Sharma (81.68%)
The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) opener is having another prolific season for his side, having scored 475 runs from 11 innings at an average of 47.50 and a strike rate of 210.17 with one hundred and three fifties to his name. Abhishek has once again ripped apart every bowling attack that has come in his way. He has the second most sixes in IPL 2026 (36) and has also hit 43 fours, scoring 81.68% of his runs from just boundaries.
2. Priyansh Arya (83.91%)
The Punjab Kings (PBKS) opener has again been at his aggressive best, having scored 286 runs from nine innings at an average of 31.77 and a blistering strike rate of 242.37. Arya has registered two half-centuries in the season so far and has been instrumental in getting his team off to blazing starts. The southpaw has hit 26 sixes and 21 fours in the season so far, scoring 83.91 percent of his runs through boundaries alone.
1. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (89.09%)
If the 2025 season was about announcing his arrival in the grandest T20 league in the world for Sooryavanshi, he has stamped his authority in the ongoing season by nonchalantly whacking top bowlers for sixes. In the league featuring some of the fiercest hitters of the cricket ball, the 15-year-old has the most sixes (40) to his name in the season so far.
Along with that, the southpaw has also hit 38 boundaries, with a massive 89.09 percent of his 440 runs coming just from boundaries.
